Privacy Policy
Upsurge Labs LLP ("we") operates Hundred Haat and its brands. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
Name, phone, email, delivery address, order details and any text or photos you send us for your order. Payment details are collected by Razorpay, not by us.
2. Why we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, provide support, process refunds, meet tax and legal obligations, and, only if you agree, tell you about new products.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to complete your order: Razorpay (payments), couriers (delivery) and production partners (for personalised items). We never sell your data.
4. Retention
We keep order records as long as tax law requires (currently 8 years) and other data only as long as needed for your order and support.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing nikhil@upsurge.io. We respond within 30 days.
